Every one of has faced this situation where you have a PDF file and you want to either edit it or want to copy a table, but you don’t know how to.
Now if you have Adobe Acrobat Pro, you may be able to do it easily, but not many have it. But thankfully, there is another easy way, using MS Word.
Prerequisites
You will require MS-Word 2013 or above.
Steps to edit a PDF in MS Word
Step 1: Open in MS Word
Select the file, right-click with your Mouse and select “Open With”. The choose MS Word (example below).

When you get the below message, press “OK”.

It will Take a few seconds to convert the PDF into an editable word file.
Step 2 – Edit in MS Word
Once the conversion is complete you should be able to edit the file just like a MS Word file.

Step 3 – Saving it the MS Word file as PDF
Click on “File” on the top left of the ribbon

Then select “Export”

Then Click on Create PDF/XPS, after that you can select the path to save the file, and also the quality/size. When you are done, click on “Publish”.

The file is now saved as PDF.
